Windows right key enable procedure from group policy.

• Go to Run box-> Write to gpedit.msc then Enter.

        Local Computer Policy-> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> All Settings->        Remove Windows Explorer’s default context menu State [Select Not Configured then OK]
