How to disable Windows Firewall permanently in Windows 7 / 8 / 10

To Start the Windows Service Editor:

1.   Click on the Start menu.

2.   In the Search programs and go to Run box (Win key + R), 

     then type services.msc.

3.   The below screen appears, with as per below & scroll down to "Windows Firewall" (and double click)

      4. To Temporary Disable the Windows firewall, then click "Stop" and click Apply > OK or   

          just OK. (as shown below picture)

5. To Permanently Disable the Windows firewall, then Select the Startup type "Disabled" option then click "Start" and click Apply > OK or just OK. (as shown below picture)                

6. Windows Firewall permanently disable & Windows Firewall cannot any Access.
